Gombe State Governor, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo and his Entourage were today in Minna the capital city of Niger State to Attend the wedding Fatiha of Halima Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida and her hearthrob Alhaji Auwal Lawan ( Sarkin Sudan of Gombe). Among his entourage include the Gombe State Hon. Commissioner of Information, Umar Ahmed Nafada and Hon. Commissioner of Higher Education, Hon. Isa Muhammad and many  more. Governor Dankwambo and the good people of the state wish the newly wedded couple a fruitful and blissful Married life.

  A retired soldier has told an Igando Customary court in Lagos that his wife violently rapes him in the middle of the night. According to the man identified as Gafaru Rodoye, his wife "has turned my boxers to rags as she always tears them to rape me." Speaking in court on Tuesday, Rodoye revealed that his wife, Idiat, with whom he had five children in their 20-year old marriage, always raped him to satisfy her urges. He said: “My wife always rape me; she had turned all my boxers to rags to achieve her selfish aim. I had to run away from my 16-flat building to rent an apartment elsewhere just to avoid her frequent beatings, but she trailed me to my new apartment to fight me. I have reported her severally to different police stations, but it did not yield any positive result.
